We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, school details, and password. We also collect information about your school during verification (such as registration certificates and bank account details) and information about students and parents provided by schools for fee management, including student names, admission numbers, and parent contact details.
When you apply for school fee financing, we collect the information needed to assess your application, including employment and income details, and you may be asked to provide additional verification documents. For spend cards, we collect cardholder details, card top-up records, and card transaction history, all of which is provided with the authority of the school and the parent or guardian.

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with CBN-licensed financing partners to assess, approve, and fund school fee financing applications, with card programme partners that issue and operate student spend cards, with payment processors and settlement providers (such as our banking and payment partners) to process and reconcile payments, with our service providers who help deliver the Service, and as required by law or to protect our rights. Information shared with financing partners is limited to what is necessary to assess and service a financing application, and settlement and payment processing information shared with our payment partners is limited to what is necessary to complete the transaction.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit, secure storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
